University Records
University Records is responsible for implementing consistent records management throughout ANU and providing advice and training to all staff. Information generated and received by ANU staff in the course of conducting business on behalf of ANU is a record and should be captured by an authorised recordkeeping system. Electronic Records Management System (ERMS)
The University Records team manages the University's Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). The ERMS securely stores digital records providing improved access to records and enhanced sharing of information. The ERMS incorporates the ANU Business Classification Scheme (PDF, 267.82 KB) which provides a framework for filing and retrieving digital records.
